We provide a safe way of removing your lash extensions and we encourage anyone to book this rather than try and remove them at home. 
Lash extensions can damage your natural lashes when not removed by a trained professional.
Even if you have had extensions applied from another salon we can absolutely remove them for you.

How do you remove?
We apply our 'On the lash' Cream remover and this is applied over your remaining lash extensions and then we wait around 5-10 minutes. The cream remover will start to gently break down the glue bonds making the extensions slide off with ease. Once all the extensions have been taken off we wash with our 'On the Lash' luxury foam cleanser, then add our 'On the lash' serum to lock in moisture, strengthen and add shine to your natural lashes

Can I have lash extensions put back on after a removal?
The simple answer is Yes, however this does depend on the health of your natural lashes. We have seen such poorly applied lashes done before (Not by us) that have unfortunately left the natural lashes so damaged that the removal meant we couldn't save a single lash! This can happen if you haven't done your research into who does your lashes

Will it hurt?
NO, NO, NO!!! 
We are highly skilled and trained professional lash artists that have extensive knowledge about lashes so we ensure we wont be hurting you in any way!

Do I have to pay for a removal?
Removals are free to anyone that has a reaction to lashes applied by us, this is only if the eyes are swollen. This
does not apply to redness. If you want a removal from lashes applied from us or from another salon for any reason then we would charge the standard removal fee.
